What should I bring to my first visit?

Insurance cards, ID, any rehab protocols if you are post-surgical.

What should I wear to my sessions?

Comfortable clothing, athletic shoes if appropriate, clothes that make it easy for your physical therapist to access the area we are treating.

How do I become a patient?

Some insurance plans require authorization, some insurances only require a referral from your physician. Please call our office for help.

Does your clinic accept cash pay (self pay, private pay)?

We do accept patients on a cash-paying basis. It is $80 per visit.

​

How many sessions of physical therapy will I need? How long are sessions?

Your plan of care is determined after your physical therapist finishes your evaluation. Initial evaluations generally last about an hour. Follow-up appointments can last around 30 to 45 minutes.

Does your clinic have interpreters?

We do have bilingual staff who speak Spanish and English. Depending on your insurance, such as Worker's Compensation, they can provide you access to medical interpreters.

Do you perform sports physicals?

No, a physical is performed by a physician.
