ACL Physical Therapy & Prevention

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries can occur in anyone but often occur in sports like football, basketball, soccer, and skiing.

 

If you play any of these sports competitively or for fun you could benefit from a specific exercise and training program designed to reduce to likelihood of injury.
